Food safety auditing
Following a successful first two years for the SFBB Systems Butchers Food Safety Management System (HACCP based) and the more recent Enhanced SFBB packs we can now offer Food safety auditing to our clients. Practical periodic audits of food areas and food safety management systems enables businesses to review their practices nad procedures and ensure they are in a favourable position to score well at their routine local authority inspections and achieve a high food hygiene rating. The majority of our clients, who undergo auditing following the implementation of one of our food safety management systems go on to achieve the highest hygiene rating - a score of 5.
