SFBB Systems working in Dubai and Oman
SFBB Systems Ltd are working in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) in developing new CIEH FSS (Food Safety System) packs for food businesses in Dubai and Oman.
Based on the principles of HACCP based risk management these packs provide an organisation with documented evidence that effective food safety management systems are in place.
SFBB Systems significant experience in coaching over 7000 food businesses on the Safer food, better business model in the UK, as well as their own adaptations of the model for different sectors help bring experience and knowledge to the CIEH development team.
Tailored to the regional cuisine and Municipality Food Control Regulations these packs are now successfully being rolled out through CIEH training partners across the regions having been successfully launched in both countries earlier in 2013. Through the CIEH Middle East office in Dubai William Wood of SFBB Systems is currently assisting training partners in promoting the packs to clients as well as training local teams on coaching skills and implementation techniques.
